History

Probably everyone knows the tale of Dorothy and her adventures in Oz. An ordinary girl was able to get comfortable in a world alien to her, find friends and even defeat the evil queen. The story is not as straightforward as the legend says. Did the enemies want to turn the country into ruins?

There are three witches in Oz and the film tells about the evilest and heartless – the Western Witch. She lived in the vastness of the magic kingdom long before the accidental appearance of the girl. As a child, Elphaba was the object of ridicule and mockery for her greenish skin. The mockery stopped only when the whole kingdom learned of her great magical potential. Thanks to her talent and determination, she quickly achieved a high position and respect in society, and only then the bullying stopped. Now she needs not only to keep her post but also to try to find the cause of the unrest in the country.

The hero decides to visit the entire Kingdom. However, problems are unfolding in the country, and the envious men are ready for anything to prevent Elphaba’s plans from coming true. The young witch embarks on a dangerous journey, through which she will forever be remembered as the wicked Witch in the entire history of the kingdom.

Plot
